Earmold Sydney is a business that has been operating since 1992, manufacturing moulded earplugs. We specialise in custom-made earplugs for use in water and in noisy environments. This product is made on the spot. Each person's ear is used as a mould to custom fit each plug to give a 'tissue to tissue' fit. This fit not only gives you a comfortable set of earplugs that offer a very high rate of hearing protection, (as rated by the Australian testing results), but allows no water to enter into the ear canal, (for those of you who are having various problems when in the water). The plugs are recommended for adults as well as children.
There is no limit* to the use of our product. Are you using 2-way radios in a noisy environment? Then you need to consider our earplugs that incorporate your 2-way radio wires to transmit the radio messages into your plugs. This is a very important thing to consider for your workers, because every time you remove any hearing protection to answer a mobile phone or radio (in a noisy area) you are exposing yourself to the damaging sound around you. This in fact, reduces the effectiveness of your muffs or plugs. Our technique allows the person using these earplugs to have a comfortable and very effective form of hearing protection and still allow them to hear their radio or phone while wearing our custom-made plugs.

We operate on appointment basis only. Bookings are taken for us to come out to your worksite and fit several employees together. Other appointments are taken for our Blacktown office. Need to communicate with 2-way radios? We can fit your earplugs with your radio wires allowing you to hear the radio and maintain hearing protection at the same time. Motorbike rider's can now travel on long distances using our hearing protection and still be able to listen to some music. This product does not interfere with your helmet. Do you have trouble sleeping? The effectiveness of these plugs is amazing. The comfort is of great benefit to allow you to maintain a good night's sleep.
